Is there a kitchen available in all serviced apartments?
Yes. Our Studio Suite has a kitchenette, and our Acasa Suite offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for up to 6 people.
Is it possible to extend my stay?
Absolutely! There is no limit to the duration of your stay. You may need to check availability with us, but in theory, you are free to extend your stay at any time.
Which services are included?
Our long-stay rates include access to the gym and spa area, unlimited high-speed WiFi, weekly cleaning, access to our two laundry rooms. And of course you can benefit from our public areas (restaurant, bar, garden patio, parking garage, co-living & co-working area and 24-hour reception).
Are there also appartments with balconies?
Yes, there are a few aparmtents with balconies that can be booked for an extra charge.
Is there a possibility to do laundry?
Yes, we have two public laundry rooms equipped with modern washing machines and dryers. To use them, you just need to bring detergent and book a washing slot at the reception. Ironing stations are available in every apartment.
What are the opening hours of the gym?
The fitness area is available to our guests 24/7.
Is it possible to book daily cleaning?
Yes, that is possible. Please indicate in your request that you would like a daily cleaning, then it will be calculated in the offer.
Are there shopping facilities nearby?
There is a grocery shop right next to the hotel. Within a 2 minute walk is another large grocery shop, a pharmacy, a bakery and many other restaurants.
How much does a parking space in the underground car park cost?
Normally a parking space costs CHF 29 per day, longstayers at Acasa Suites benefit from a monthly rate of CHF 290.
How far is it to the nearest train station and airport?
